  I was given a recommendation for this company, and unfortunately I was very disappointed... Called for an estimate on our basement they came out right away which was great, they came on a thursday, we were told we would hear back early the next week about our estimate.. we did not hear back, I called and the estimate was not ready (was told there were two options and they wanted to discuss with the owner), they said estimate would be sent over the next day by email early in the morning. Never heard anything, it took me calling 3 more times before receiving our estimate over the phone with no idea what they were planning on doing with our basement. We were told the plans would be emailed to us that evening so we could decide if this was what we were looking for. Over a month later and we still have not received our written estimate and the ideas they had for our basement. Very disappointed..
